Brokers are not dying. Although it is more difficult now with HVCC, disclosures up the %^$^#, almost no investors for product, and underwriting asking for blood samples....the bottom line here is wholesale...

So people stop paying mortgages and buy IPads...consumer spending goes up, GDP goes up. I know it's an oversimplification, but it's true.
