duration is distorted and negative convexity is an illusion. Hedging a FNCL 4.0 against 5yr paper is a joke.

I'm not reading a lot into the increase in median home prices. I think that is largely due to the decrease in percentage of first time buyer deals. Fewer low price deals means an upward moving price...
