Well I think that $8,000 carrot more than pays for itself with taxes to local, state, and the federal government. You have Realtors, lenders, appraisers, title companies, inspectors, etc etc etc generating...

if this is for april and people are trying to get in for the tax credit isnt there sentiment that the increase is artificial as some people may have spent 5-10k more to purchase a home that they wanted...
