Most of the inquiries in the last week are sound referrals who are serious about refinancing. And, so far -- deals I can do! Several are low loan to value -- and good scores. A few too many are condo's...

Only in America can you take money out of your house so you can purchase a vehicle to give away and then blame the bank that allowed you to do it.....awesome....I am glad that they use their mortgage payment...

That is a very sad article John. Any hope this mess is working out get's taken away when I read articles like that. No wonder banks are so tight with the money they do have to lend.
