What do you folks make of the FNCL 5.0's and 5.5's lagging (actually down on the day) - is it flight to credit quality? Would that translate and rates holding firm for softer credits?

When i quote a par rate I am using the rate that most lenders are offering. Some lenders offer incentives(better rates) for consumers with exceptionally high FICO scores or very low loan to values. Additionally...
