Most lenders initial rate sheets were slightly improved from yesterday earlier this morning, but market movements during the course of the day prompted widespread repricing. TBW Executive Pleads Guilty to Criminal Charges

A former executive of Taylor, Bean and Whitaker Mortgage Corporation (TBW) is facing a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison after pleading guilty Tuesday to making false statements and conspiring to commit bank and wire fraud.
