Yo, AQ...I know there has to be some action in the 3.5 coupon, now. 4s and 4.5s are just too juicy to not to be moving downward. Rates in the 3s, here we come.

When will we know if the 3.5% switch IS flipped? What sort of volume is required to consider that the 3.5% MBS' are liquid and for the lenders to take it into consideration?

Good point Gary & Jason. I'll be curious to see how GNMA handles the execution of these pools (different Convexity and Prepay Speeds). You gotta wonder if we'll see the day that GNMA decides...
