Robert - 4.375% is the barrier right now. 4.375% is priced out almost a point better than the 4.25% - So...even if rates are sightly better than when you locked it's probably going to cost you a lot...

My lock is at 4.375% and is good for another 30 days. I think the FN 4.0 was about 102-00 when I locked. Now that we are holding a good 10 - 16 ticks higher...I might expect to be able to float down (free...
