definitely agree JRB. 10s must break several layers of resistance before FN 4.0s are priced back in the 101 handle and mortgage rates below 4.50% are available again. I'm not sure how long that would...

AQ- from a technical standpoint, what do you think is a reasonable timeframe to recover our losses and see the 4.0 coupon back in the picture at 100+? Of course I am just being hopeful we will see a complete...

The default market seems to be the driving force, behind declining home values. That and the overwhelming inventory of homes, it is going to be quite a while until the housing market rights itself.
