Consumer Confidence is was worse than expected, a fair 2 year note auction and the S&P Case/Shiller was also poor which now seems to be pointing to a double dip in housing... yet the market is waiting...

This industry will some day soon be embalmed with these layers of regulations, where ultimately there will be very few institutions offering just 30 year fixed rate loans and over 90 day turn times minimum...
