Oct 10, 2012 3:57PM The Mortgage Bankers Association ( MBA ) has submitted comments to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) regarding the CFPBs August 10 draft of Proposed Rules to amend regulations under the Truth in Lending Act ( TILA ) and the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act ( RESPA ) regarding residential mortgage loan servicing.
