i have had improvements from Flag, Crescent, Plaza, Price Leader, Century and Wells. All nominal, but still better. NFP still is the lever.

That midwest # is surprising to me too, we are usually a little more insulated from the big swings, suppose it has to do with blue collar factory positions being eliminated and less qualified buyers?

nothing new Andy...its one of those "if...then" type deals. If market conditions warrant, then the Fed may continue purchases". I doubt the Fed adds funding though, they are more likely...
