When you applied for the loan did you tell them it was a condo or townhouse? If you applied to a bank and represented the property as a townhouse not a condo and they found out it was a condo then I think...

Safoo, I believe lenders have 3-4 days from the day of their knowledge of something to use a "Change of Circumstance" rule to change the GFE. Otherwise, it's their dime. Whether they should...
